To apply for the CCFE Graduate Development Programme, please complete the application form (click here to download it) and return to graduate.fusion@ccfe.ac.uk before the closing date of January the 31st in order to be considered for a place on the scheme.

Selection Process
All applications received in respect of a place on the Graduate Development Programme are reviewed and short-listed applicants are invited to attend an Assessment Centre.

Assessment Centre
Applicants are required to attend the Assessment centre in order to ensure that CCFE is recruiting graduates with the right mix of skills and qualities, capable of operating at a high level in the future.

During the Assessment centre applicants will have the opportunity to demonstrate their abilities and managers will be able to assess the graduates in different situations.

The Assessment Centre consists of a variety of exercises which include the following:
Individual presentation;
Technical interview;
Ability and aptitude tests;
Case study;
Group exercises.

Subjectivity is avoided and discrimination does not take place. CCFE, as with all organisations, needs to ensure that it is recruiting the right person for the position regardless of race, sex etc.
